Paris Hilton may be popular for her infamous socialite ways but something that she doesn’t get enough credit for is being the woman behind some very successful fragrances. In 2004, she released the Paris Hilton fragrance which was a surprise hit and sold millions of bottles all around the world. Since then, she has released a new fragrance every year including Just Me for women and men, Heiress, Heir, Can Can, Fairy Dust and Siren.
Hilton’s 2010 release, called Tease, is in my opinion her best fragrance yet. The inspiration behind Tease is iconic blondes and Hollywood icons from the Golden Era (which instantly reminded me of Marilyn Monroe) mixed with a little signature Paris. It is meant be flirty, sexy and alluring but mischievous. The perfumier promises that this fragrance will “give women permission when they wear (it) to tease their man with all that flirting allows.”
The scent opens up with fresh and fruity scents like Fuji apple and sparkling Bergamot to reveal white blossoms with their sweet and alluring scents. The base notes of Amber and blonde woods will linger on your skin and keep you smelling great for hours. I’ve tried Tease and have to admit, it is currently number one in my perfume lineup on the vanity just because of how fresh and summary it is and friends who are normally doubtful of Paris and her antics have admitted to loving the scent as well.
Tease is available this summer in a 3.4 oz Eau de Parfum Spray at $55.00, a 1.7 oz bottle at $45.00 and a 6.7 oz Shimmering Body Lotion at $28.00, wherever fine fragrances are sold.
