Beyonce usually plays it safe with her makeup but I think just being in the presence of Lady Gaga in the music video for Videophone made her a little more adventurous with her makeup. I instantly fell in love with her eye-makeup in this scene below and had to rewind the video I was watching a couple of times just to check it out.

This dress caught my eye in the today’s WhoWhatWear newsletter.

It’s the perfect party dress! I love that its not 80′s body con tight. Don’t get me wrong, I love super tight Herve Leger style dresses but that might have been a bit overdone lately (by me and EVERYONE else… check out Mariah’s over-do here). This dress is “look at me!” glittery and very short which I love. Short dress = long legs, or at least the impression of it. The length makes is sexy and the looseness up top makes it cool.
